I returned an item through US International Priority mail months ago. It has been sitting in Xiamin customs since early summer. I can't speak Chinese so how do I get the package released so it gets to the proper addressee? US tracking number is CH100738655US. US post office says it is in XIAMIN Customs as of October 16, 2020.
