Parcel stuck in Xiamin many months

I returned an item through US International Priority mail months ago. It has been sitting in Xiamin customs since early summer. I can't speak Chinese so how do I get the package released so it gets to the proper addressee? US tracking number is CH100738655US. US post office says it is in XIAMIN Customs as of October 16, 2020. Package was mailed June 23,2020. Thank you for your kind assisitance.

You need to contact the receiver in China and let the receiver call the customs service number 12360 to check how to get it.
