I ordered a product almost three months ago and I have never received the order. The company is of no help in finding my package. Can you please help me? This is getting to be very ridiculous. Order tracking LW573929183CN.

It takes a long time transit in China. It has left China recently and is in transit to the US now. There will be update around June 15 to show it arrives to my experience. Please wait for more days to see.
