My package arrived in France and then went back to china

Hello, i tracked my package and it arrived in the destination country (France) on the 3rd of july and then wen back to healy and guangzhou. Can you tell me why it went back to China when it arrived in my destination country please ?

Hi capucinemorel,

The customs of France rejected the package, so it's returned back. You couldn't get it. You need to contact the seller to let the seller send it again to you or refund you in time.

Hey,
Can you please tell me why, for my parcel number LP372597161FR, the official airmail in france tells me my package is stuck in HK since 05/15 and the seller/aliexpress tracking website tell me it arrived to the destination country on 05/23?

Also parcelapp tells me its arrived to France but 17tracks tracks it in HK.

It's my first time ordering and i dont know what to do...
