My package is being returned finally after weeks of just sitting in customs. The tracking number shows that it has gone through customs but nothing else. Can you tell me if it is on the way back to the US? Or is it stuck in customs or China Post? It was shipped via Priority Mail but is it being shipped back now by boat? How long will it take? Thank you.

IS THERE A PHONE NUMBER FOR ZHENGZHOU, CHINA IMPORTS CUSTOMS OFFICE? RECIPIENT NOT NOTIFIED OF PACKAGE HELD THERE SINCE 12/3/2019 AND IS ASKING ME FOR CONTACT PHONE NUMBER TO INQUIRE.
The package returned usually takes a much longer time. The latest tracking shows it left China on October 19. You may get it in a month.
