Dear Daisy, thank you so much for your quick reply. I contacted seller multiple times and say he contacted China Post Multiple times. He told me china post can’t do anything because package is already in PostNL’s system. But, postNL keeps telling me contact seller and that he has to officially start an investigation with China Post. As his answer is: china post has done investigation and only says it is already in PostNL’s system, there can’t be done any more. So my question is; what is the roll of China Post in this matter? Is there anything china post can do with postNL to get this package found? And what is the sellers part in this?

It's hard for you to contact China Post from Netherlands. China Post only provide call service in Chinese. No matter what reason it is, if you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact seller for refund. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods in time, you have the right to get your money back from seller.

It's returned back to China and the customs of Guangzhou has released it on March 25. It will be returned back to the seller. You need to let the seller knows this and refund you or send one again to you.
