Hi, my package CY033180574CN, has had the status Prepared for despatch to UK since 29/3/2026 in QINGDAO…that’s seems a long time.
Can you advise on when it will be sent to UK.?

Hi Roly Parkee,

It's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. So, you may couldn't get update now. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
