my package has not arrived

Hi,
My family sent a package from the USA tracking #: CH047196557US
It says it left Pudong Airport august 3 and there was an attempted delivery on august 6. But the package has not arrived at my house.
my address is:
103 Wukang Road, 3rd floor, Xuhui, Shanghai, China 200000
武康路103号三楼西间, 徐匯區, 上海, 中国 200000

Please let me know where my package is. I can come pick it up from a post office if you give me an address. Or please schedule a time you will deliver the package.

You need to call China Post to ask for re-delivery or pick it up by yourself.
If you could ask a Chinese friend make the call, that's much better. If you couldn't find one, call 11183 then press 8 to get English service.
