My parcel was held at customs for clarification since 14th of May, and nothing has happened since then. Can you help me to know what is happening at customs?

I have a package with tracking number ZC48431580799
It has been held at Los Angeles Airport since November 26, 2025. I contacted the seller of the package and they said that it is being held at customs. I also contacted US customs and they said to contact the shipper. So, I am now reaching out to you. Do you need anything from me in order for the shipment to proceed?

a notice that it is being held in Customs. Tracking number is CB131298255US. Why would it be held? How can i receive my package?
