My Package Is Lost.

Hi, I am so worried about my package and I think my package is lost. It has been in transit for 38 days and has not got any updates at all. It was supposed to be delivered within 30 days maximum, but have not received it yet. The tracking number is CY001785407CN. Can anyone give me any update on my package as soon as possible, please?

Hi Khaled,

It's in transit to the US and hasn't arrived. It may couldn't be tracked after it leaves for some stations in China. You'd better wait for another month to see if you could receive it. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
