My package is stuck in Guangzhou.

For the past 7 to 9 days or so my package is not moving. Can anyone tell me why? My package is from china to philippines please help me or update me about the problem. Maybe I was right its because of the Covid19 that's why there is a delay of the package. My tracking number: RV507585950CN

Hi Bryner Arevalo,

It's in transit to Phillines now. There is no update when it's in the middle locations. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
