The item I purchased has yet to arrive. Tracking status has not been updated since Jan 30th and is still showing Jan 30, 2020

Is there any way to know if my package is on the way? It passed the first delivery date is now passing the second estimated delivery date giving me a later date to contact support.
This has become very frustrating since I have been going everyday to the post office and not receiving the item. I just need to know if it is even on its way or am I going to be refunded.

It left China on Nov. 22 and is in transit to the US now. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
