Yes, it's in Netherlands since Dec. 6. PostNL tried to deliver it to you but failed for several times. Tracking system doesn't show the reason why it couldn't be delivered successfully. You'd better contact PostNL as soon as possible to ask where it is now and if possible to ask them deliver again to you.

Please, can you help me to determine, where is my parcel?
The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).
Could you please send a request to these air carriers where is my parcel now?

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
