Hi I ordered something from China in January and I have been unable to find the parcel or where it is?
Please could you advise.

Hi JJ Cornelius,

Your package is not normal. It couldn't pass the security check and is back to Guangzhou where the seller is located on Jan. 18. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.

I’ve ordered a parcel from China using China post, since then it arrived in Australia but now they are unable to locate it reporting its lost. They told me to notify China post about what’s the next step to take since my parcel is considered lost. Tracking number is LX213545510CN
