My parcel is stuck

Hello
I've been waiting for my parcel from the USA (reference number: CH087368445US). I managed to track it and it says " dutiable item, waiting for payment" (武汉应纳税邮件待收件人支付) but I don't know how much I should buy and how to pay. Can you help me please?

Hi Joyce,

You should have received a message from the phone to pay the tax. If you don't find it, contact China Post directly by calling 11183 to ask how to proceed with it.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
