My parcel stuck

Dear Sir/Madame
My tracking number is RR575180004PL, and currently stuck at "Handed over to import customs
Guangzhou, Guangdong" over a month without contacting to recipient address. This is shopping return from fruugo website (fuel filter for Suzuki). I have clearly stated this at customs declaration, so it shouldn't be any problem to get the customs cleared. I contacted also the seller about return but with no suprise they don't bother.
What should I do?
