No any movement of the parcel

Hi Team,

have 2 parcel, i cannot see any update it says.
Guangzhou 51040034, the mail left [Guangzhou International Exchange Bureau] and is being sent to the next station

CP544629195CN
CP509026471CN

Could you please advise?

Hi prashant,

They are sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for them. So, you couldn't get update now. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi....i have not received my parcel until now. My sister in Philippines dropped my parcel in her local post office (Tarlac, Philippines) on August 3 using EMS with tracking#EE190456068PH.
I had checked the tracking several times and still parcel had no movement. I had communications with the post office where my parcel dropped....but post office staff had just given us so much non sense explanation that inspite they even saw in their computer that there's not movement of the parcel. I even called and speak with them, still they don't accept responsibility of the lost parcel. They have been saying the same thing that they will contact Manila and ask what happen to my parcel. Obviously, this parcel is lost.....why can't they not just say an apology and refund me. Hope i can get more clearer answer to this message here. Thanks!
