No contact details

Hello,
I have received a package today and the item is incorrect, there are no contact details included and no confirmation email was sent when purchased.
Are you able to help me return to sender and get refunded?

You'd better contact the seller to give you the address for return it back and give you refund.

It's been days now that my order has been delivered within the country and still has not been delivered to me. Could you please advise contact details here in Qatar to follow up my order personally. I have given my office postal PO BoX reference, as I don't have a PO BOX. The address and contact details also in one of the shipment is wrong. Your immediate support will be appreciated.
