The web delivery tracking says that they delivered at 19th June, but unfortunately I didn’t get anything,
Please can you check what’s happened a let me know asap?

The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. The seller should refund you if it's not delivered to your address.
