Hello my parcel has been in the UK sorting office since 11th November but I still haven't had a delivery. AS199084284CN

Hi Jen,

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address or stuck at the local sorting center for a long time. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible if it couldn't be delivered in time. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
