No news in more than 10 days

Hello, I write you regarding shipment LZ591036479CN. I would like to know why there is no news since 10 days ago.

Hi Gorka,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Jan.7 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Spain after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, I shipped a pack CP068222782IT in December 2020, arrived China the 4th of January, then it stocked at custom, last news I had from tracking pack service showed it on the way back to Italy at Shanghai the 15th of March, then nothing more.
