No package and Seller won't answer back

Where is my package AQ216026434CN is the tracking number. It says it was delivered. It's not. Can't be found at Post Office. Seller or Company won't answer me back. Can't get in touch with China Post. Please advise.

According to the tracking information, AQ216026434CN was delivered on October 13. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
