Hello, my package has been lost? RF762622242SG. I write to the seller , does not answer. The seller doesn't answer my questions. Where can I complain to the seller?

There may be no flight to Azerbaijan that makes it delayed. You need to contact the seller directly to get a solution. If you pay through PayPal, you can open a case throught PayPal to get refund.
