My ebay parcel was posted on November 14 to Portugal, since no actualisation. From Portuguese postoffice the only information I got is that the parcel has been posted.
Please can you give me more details about it?

The parcel left China on Nov. 15 and now is still in transit to Portugal now. As it's sent through ePacket which is a fast service, it should be reach Portugal within 10-15 working days. But now, it has been 18 working days passed that it still on the way, there must be a delay on the way. I suggest you wait for another week and if it couldn't reach, you'd better ask your money back.
