No update is it stuck?

Hi,
I've purchased an item on the 7th feb. It took 12 days to send it to Canada. But now its been 13 days saying arriving at the Canada airport. Does anybody know's what happen to my parcel and how much does it normaly take to pass customs.

Hi Ryad,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach Canada and be delivered by Canada Post. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi, my tracking number is LY952624743CN. It was shipped 12/12/2021. The last update I received was on 1/11/2022 saying plane entered the port. Today is 2/7/2022 and there has not been any update since 1/11. Is my package stuck or lost? And if it is stuck is it in the U.S. or China? Thanks!
