No update on parcel MY2098125570310

My parcel (MY2098125570310) have been stuck in Shenzhen sorting center since 25 April 2020. Any idea how I can track that parcel status?

What's the courier for it? Thre is no tracking information for it in tracking system.

Hi Ben,

Here is the tracking information available. There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on April 25 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.

I have a question regarding my parcel with tracking code : RF459365735CN
It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
I tried to call your office but answer.
