Non delivery

Track code AQ259992213CN, indicates parcel delivery, but this is not the case. I have contacted my local post office delivery office and they cannot recognise code. Is there confirmation of where or if this parcel has been delivered to.

Hi Jenni,

It was delivered to Invergordon, Scotland，IV18 0JY. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
