You have not had the decency to reply regarding my non delivery of goods. Who do I lodge a complaint with in China about your appalling service and the fact that you are scamming people. The Chinese Government??. Not a good representation of China!!!

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform. If you don't get your item, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution (get refund or require a re-delivery) from the seller as soon as possible.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
