Dear Sir or Madam,
I am contacting you regarding the parcel with tracking number
QLD000645052CN.
According to the tracking information, the parcel is marked as
“Delivered”. However, I confirm that I have not received this shipment.
No delivery was made to my address, nor to neighbors or a safe place.
I kindly request that you contact the carrier (QILIDA Supply Chain)
to open an investigation and provide me with an official
Non-Delivery Certificate (Non-Receipt Declaration).
This document is required in order to proceed with a claim.
