Not received Item from Aliexpress

Hey,
My item seems to be stuck in the status Item received KOLKATA AIR FOREIGN RLO BUILDING for a month now. Could you please provide more details on this? Any idea how much time this could take?

The User Name field is required. The 'User Name' field must be a string with a maximum length of 30.
The Email field is required. The Email field is not correct in format!
