Only part of order received

Hi, I have ordered a shampoo and 3 hair tonic, paid the total on 03/08/2016, confirmed payment from my credit card account. however I received only the shampoo, not the hair tonic. Could you please tell me when you would send the rest of my order already paid for? Please treat as urgent.

You should contact the seller to send the rest of your order you already paid for. We are not responsible for that. If the seller have sent them out, please let us know your tracking number. We'll help you to check where they are now.

I have paid for one shampoo and three hair tonic 101G . But I have received just the shampoo.
