It was delivered to your pick up point. You'd better contact China Post to check if you don't receive any notice from China Post.

Hello. My parcel has been stuck at: Order information received by carrier since the 30th of March, and it hasn't updated since. Could someone tell me the status of my order? I track my parcel through Cainiao and Parcelsapp. I used Aliexpress Standard Shipping.

I ordered on 27 November.
Website says that orders placed in the UK will be shipped from London and take 6 - 10 days. However, if you pay for Express shipping, you will receive the order in 3 - 6 days.
I paid for express shipping.
When I got notification that the order was despatched, it stated that the order was coming from China.
I followed the parcel, using the tracker.
After a few days, the tracker showed that the parcel was out for delivery at 2130 on 5 December.
When I checked the tracker on 7 December, it said the parcel was delivered at 2304 on 6 December.
I have not left the house all week, and my security cameras have not recorded anyone coming to the house. Nor have any of my neighbours received my parcel.
Where is my parcel?

Please I Chukwubuikem favour Mmesoma placed an order on Aliexpress on 23rd of June and the order is a phone with the tracking number RE044437510NL.. And on July 12 it get to my Country customs (Nigeria) and up till now I haven't received my order, neither have I gotten any phone call or an email concerning my order and according to this tracker here it's said to have been moved to Netherlands.. Please what's happening I need a detailed explanation.. Thank you
