My order number is ZC62182942699, it says it has been submitted but there is no package. What is the USPS tracking number it was assigned after it cleared customs and was handed over to the US postal service so I can figure out what is going on? Why would I not be provided with this number can someone please tell me what is going on so I can figure this out this is a $300 package

I have been tracking my order ZA02704464501 which last update said submitted on the 7 november 2025 and says delivered. I have not received any package. The address is correct.
