Order stuck at "Inbound in sorting center" for over a month

I ordered an item from aliexpress on 17-02-2021, now it's 29-03-2021 and it still says "Inbound in sorting center", other orders progresse d like usual, but this one is stuck.
The tracking number is: IT000010206492 and it's an aliexpress standard shipping, cainiao

It may be delayed or lost at the sorting center. You need to reflect the problem to the seller and let seller check it for you.

I want to know some details about my order... I have no information... I ordered an item on 15.04.2021 now it's 27.07 and it still says "Inbound in sorting center". Seller has no information.
