Orders containing iron material not accepted

Hello, I have an order to be sent to Europe, containing mostly iron parts, and the Chinapost agency says they don't accept orders with iron, how is that possible?

You'd better let the seller use other ways to ship it.

Sorry，we are only a tracking platform. As far as I know, metals can be sent by China Post, but precious metals are not allowed, such as gold and silver jewelry.
