OUT FOR DELIVERY SINCE 1/9/25

Can you please advise the domestic carrier in Australia for my parcel. Your tracking says its been out for delivery since 1/9/25. I live rurally and all parcels are delivered to a depot. No depot has seen it in my area. My tracking g number is ZA01767928101 and ZA01767935201

Hi Janine Bell,

According to the tracking information, ZA01767928101 and ZA01767935201 were delivered on Septmber 2. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
