What can I do to get my package delivered?

Hi peter_jankarel,

It's stuck at the customs of Netherland now. You'd better contact PostNL or the seller to ask how to get it released.

Hi,
My package arrived with Guangzhou customs on the 18/10/2021 and it hasn't moved from there since, it is now the 28/10. Can someone confirm how long it will remain in customs please before arriving at its destination. Package was sent on the 30th September. The below message was given on the tracking information:
"Guangzhou City, import customs retention pending inspection"
