Pacakge stuck in China Post

My package has been stuck after clearing customs. It was a package from UK to China. There has been no tracking update etc for past 3 weeks since it arrived in China. Can you help me ASAP please. Below so my tracking number.

Hi Umma,

There should be problem for the address. You need to let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to check it as soon as possible.
