Package app es da to be stuck in Hangzho

My package with tracking # LY079608532CN has supposedly been stuck at Hangzho since April 2nd. I’m trying to figure if this is fraud on the part of the seller who simply never shipped the package or if Chinese customs is preventing package from bing shipped. Please help.

Hi Sherwin,

There is problem for it which makes it retained in Hangzhou. You need to contact the seller as soon as possibe to give you a solution.
