Package cleared customs but no movement?

My package cleared customs 3 weeks ago but has not moved. Your website says australia is still receiving flight?

Hi Stuart,

It was delivered by airline on July 30 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

It says 28th the shipping is cleared yet on 31st of October it's again sent to being cleared? Almost a month later there's no update on this! How is this possible? Contacted our postal service but they're saying they don't know.
