* 2023-11-21 08:56 MELBOURNE AIRPORT, Flight arrived.
* 2023-11-21 00:24 HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Flight departed.
* 2023-1-20 14:15 Melbourne, Abnormal customs clearance.
* 2023-11-19 05:30 HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Handover to airlines.
Does this mean that my parcel has been rejected by Australian Customs and sent back to the sender and it will NOT be delivered to me?

I sent an EMS package containing a letter from U.S. to China. It's been stuck at Shenyang customs since April 1. The tracking number is EH032215011US. Would you advise how to clear it? Thanks!

My package has been in customs in Ningbo since the 27th of September. The number is EZ207476090US. Can I please get some information on how I can help it to clear customs (pay a fee etc.)
