Package CP389114115CN stuck in US customs since March 2, 2023

Hi there, I'm still waiting on an update from my package that I sent Dec 16 from Beijing to San Francisco. Tracking number CP389114115CN has no update since it arrived in New York ISC on March 2nd. Please help me find my package ):

Hi miorudnicki,

After it arrives in the USA, it's delivered by USPS. You need to contact USPS to check what happends to it as soon as possible. If they couldn't deliver it to you at last due to the lost or any other reason, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
