Hi, my package is in transit from China to the US. The package arrived in the US 15 days ago, but is stuck in customs. Also, for some reason they've been in customs twice. Please help!

In this case, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about what happends to it. If the seller doesn't reply you and it's stuck for a long time, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
