My package was sent as express but has not been updated since February 27. Has it officially left China? Do you know when I can expect this? Was hoping to have it by March 10.

Hi Troy,

Yes, it has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 15-30 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

I thought this was sent as express? I have ordered express shipping before and it never took this long. 7-10 days should be the time frame.
