Package did not arrived

Hello!

I am waiting for parcel with tracking id RV542956189CN. On your site it said that it arrived in Bucharest on 04.03.2021 but the Romanian Post said that they did not received it from you. Where is my parcel?

Hi George Ciobanu,

It arrived in Bucharest on 04.03.2021, but the Romanian Post hasn't got it. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

My parcel UY145061784CZ has arrived in New Zealand for about a month and I have yet to receive it. I contacted the customs here and they said that the package has not arrived to customs yet, so I contacted the post centre and they said that the package has not arrived.
When will my parcel get to me? I have been waiting for a month since it arrived
