package does not seem to be moving

On Dec. 22nd, the tracking says the package is in the USA at Los Angeles, but it continues to still be at Los Angeles. It should have been closer to us by now. Tracking code is AQ426343393CN. Thank you for your help.

Is AQ426343393CN the right tracking number? I don't get any tracking information for it.
