Tracking reference UK Royal Mail RN664101808GB
My package has been held in customs since 29/4/20. Can you advise me of what to do next please. This was an eBay return via PayPal. The recipient does not reply to messages.

Hi Paul,

You need to let the recipient contact Harbin customs to check it. If the recipient doesn't reply you, you can only wait for more days to see.

My package arrived at customs on October 13th. Usually customs clearance only takes 2-3 days, but for this package, it took over 2 weeks. Eventually, on October 28th, the package was reported to be cleared from customs. However, since clearing customs over a week and a half ago, the package's status has not been updated, where is it? Is it on its way to me? Is the address on the package incorrect? Any response would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
