Hi, I hope you can help me with this.
I sent a package from Australia to China, Tracking number: EJ297067900AU
It shows that it is being held by customs in China, I would like to know what should I do next about this? My customer did not give me a phone number so there isnt any mobile number on the package.

Hi dankekan,

If there is no mobile number on the package, it couldn't be delivered. You'd better let the receiver in China call the customs to ask how to get it.

I see, do you have the phone number and any advice on how to do this? So i can pass it on to the customer.

Hi Dankekan,

Call China Post service number 11185 or China customs number 12360 to check.
