it says that customer requested for package to be held at facility. Wondering if im going to get my package delivered to me?

I sent back a package and it is still being held in customs since may 31 2021 tracking LH140075680US. Why is this still being held as I need the company to get this return so I can get my refund. Please release as this is just Halloween masks.
