Supplier shipped an item from Philippines to Chinese warehouse through post office, EE192621553PH is the tracking number, it says items has been held by Chinese customs, how do I retrieve my items, kindly help, it’s been held for over a week, it contains skin supplements I forms of pills and also glutathione supplements

I'd like to ask about my package that has been held by export customs since the 22nd. Here is the message from tracking:
RECORD ITEM REASON FOR RETENTION BY CUSTOMS. RETENTION REASON: Invoice missing/inappropriate

Upon contacting my sender, they confirmed that it was an insurance issue and they have fixed it, but the tracking site is still showing "Item held by export Customs/Security
GZSGJHHJ".

May I know the status of my package right now or if there are any lingering issues? I was hoping it would come today or at least December 31 but now with this delay, I don't know when it will arrive.
